

Camping on the Washington Coast
One of my best friends from back home came to visit me last week! We explored almost every inch of Seattle, ate insane amounts of food, and took advantage of the beauty of Washington by going on a mini camping trip to the coast for a few days.

Making Soba Noodles in Japan
The train stations in Japan are spectacular. Tokyo's public transit system is incredible, but I was blown away by just how immaculate and huge each major station really is. Shinjuku Station in Tokyo is the #3 largest train station in the world, with 36 platforms and 200 exits.

Visiting a Cat Café in Tokyo
Okay, so if you know me at all, you probably know that I'm a cat person. Big time. Let's be clear though when I say I'm a cat person because I only have ONE cat at the moment. I used to foster cats and kittens back in Wisconsin and would sometimes have up to six at a time in my small studio apartment, but still, to this day, I only have ONE cat. So there.
