A group of our friends got together over the weekend to enjoy a delicious Easter brunch and dye some eggs. We ate quiche, bagels, salad, pumpkin bread, tons of fruit, and plenty of pie.
After we ate, we cleared the table and sorted out the cups and colors for the eggs. Tie-dye, marble, glitter, stickers… Growing up, I don’t think I ever had that many options to choose from! My inner 9-year-old was pretty pumped.
I think they all turned out pretty nice! I made sure to color one for Mia so she wouldn’t feel too left out… (I wish I was joking.) Happy late Easter! Hope you enjoyed the weekend. 🙂

Your wonderful photos made me so hungry and it made me wonder why I did not even think of dying Easter Eggs this year! However, this post did inspire me to plan the same event next year and I won’t even have to figure out a menu…just copy yours. And, no I will never forget you standing next to me…xos

Haha, copy away! I made the rhubarb pie from scratch and covered my laptop with whipped cream in the process… Whoops! Miss you always. <3

I haven’t decorated eggs in years. We skipped this year because my one year old is still a bit small for that. I can’t wait to do it again. There will be lots of glitter eggs. (:

Love it! It’s such a strange, yet wonderful tradition. 🙂

I like the way everyone looks so enthused and happy. The eggs look almost as good as the food!
