Memorial Day Weekend
Over Memorial Day weekend, Adam and I went on a road trip to Missoula, Montana for a Jenny Lewis concert. (Yep.) She's coming to Washington this summer, but sadly I won't be able to attend any of those shows, so because I'm a crazy fangirl, I bought us tickets to see her in a city seven hours away from Seattle.
Cozy Cabin in Leavenworth
For my friend Max's birthday this year, we rented a cabin and spent the weekend with our climbing crew in Leavenworth, WA. The cabin was awesome and we all fell in love pretty quickly.
Mountain Biking on Vancouver Island, BC
For Adam's birthday this year, I surprised him with a weekend getaway to Canada. He's a mountain biker, so I did a little bit of research and found some trails in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island that looked pretty cool.
Sailing on Lake Washington
Adam's parents bought a sailboat recently, so the four of us took it out on Lake Washington a few weeks ago to try it out. We ate pastries for breakfast, dumplings for lunch and enjoyed the gorgeous Seattle weather until it was time to call it a day.
